Peter's Yard are makers of award-winning crispbread, crackers & flatbreads. This short film is from a series we were commissioned to develop and create with the brand. Our aim was to capture the time and care that goes into producing Halen Môn sea salt, used in the Peter's Yard Sea Salt flatbread recipe. The voiceover is by Alison Lea-Wilson, co-founder of Halen Môn.
